Riverside Historic District is the most desirable location in Tulsa. It’s just south of downtown and right off of the river, so you’re out of all of commotion, but just close enough to enjoy it all. It’s best to drive in Oklahoma and I have a parking spot with your name on it. I have a lovable dog named Sire who can’t wait to say hi! This home was build in the 1920's and fully renovated in 2018, so the original hardwood floors may creek. Oklahoma has bugs year round, especially when it's cold, pests try to get inside. So please do not leave the door open for any extended period of time. The home is cleaned extensively following COVID cleaning guidelines prior to each reservation. If for any reason the home is not cleaned adequately, allow up to 1 hour from your disclosure for my cleaning provider to service the home before cancellation.
